Air Fryer Cheese Biscuits with Garlic Butter

These easy air fryer cheese biscuits are brushed with garlic butter sauce. Simply stir the ingredients together, place them in the air fryer, and minutes later, you are brushing on the glistening sauce and devouring!

Ingredients:

For the Cheese Biscuits:

  • 2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped basil
  • 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400*F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 
  2. Combine all the cheese biscuit ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until mixed thoroughly.  Remove from food processor and knead with your heads until smooth dough forms.
  3. Rolling the dough in between your hands, create ping pong-sized dough balls, shape them into domes, and place 2” apart on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the tops of each crust turns into a golden brown dome.  Remove from oven to cool.
  5. Stir all garlic butter ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and brush on the top of each cheese roll with a basting brush or spoon butter over the top with a small spoon.

  2. Combine all the cheese biscuit ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until mixed thoroughly.  Remove from food processor and knead with your heads until smooth dough forms.
  3. Rolling the dough in between your hands, create ping pong-sized dough balls, shape them into domes, and place 2” apart on the parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 3-4 minutes, or until the tops of each crust turns into a golden brown dome.  Remove from air fryer to cool.
  5. Stir all garlic butter ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and brush on the top of each cheese roll with a basting brush or spoon butter over the top with a small spoon.
